We are located in the Village District at 401 Woodburn Road, Raleigh, NC 27605 - Across Woodburn Rd from The Fresh Market, on the corner between Flying Biscuit, Shake Shack, and Which Wich.
We are an 18+ venue.
We are located in the Village District, and parking is available throughout the plaza and neighboring establishments.
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom, which can be fulfilled with any food or drink items from the menu.
Please Note: Food and drinks purchased in the bar and lounge do not count towards the two-item minimum.
Tickets can be pre-purchased online. If you are having issues, call our box office at 919.828.5233.
Please Note: Tickets are only available through goodnightscomedy.com, and ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Goodnights Comedy Club. For more information, click HERE.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- General Admission seating is assigned on a first-come, first-sat basis as you enter the showroom. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats will be.
- Reserved seats are pre-assigned for you by management on the night of the show. They are the best seats available for your party size at the time they are assigned.
Please Note: We do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee seats in a specific location.
The box office will open approximately 1 hour before matinees and 2 hours before showtime for all other shows. We recommend arriving no later than 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals are not guaranteed seats and are not entitled to a refund.
Please Note: The box office will be closed between shows. You will only be able to pick up tickets when the box office is open for your showtime.
- While we cannot guarantee seats together, General Admission groups should arrive at least 45 minutes before showtime and enter the showroom as a group for the best chance of being seated together.
- Reserved groups who purchase tickets in a single order will automatically be assigned seating together. Reserved ticket holders who purchase separately are not guaranteed seating together. Please see your email confirmation for details if your group purchased separately.
Please Note: We will only seat complete groups. Your group must enter the showroom together to be seated together. In addition, we do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee you seats in a specific location.
Yes. Comedy is subjective, and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner's biography is a great way to get insight into the expected performance.
Shows are usually between 90 and 105 minutes, although the shows actual length is entirely dependent on the headliner and what their current performance calls for.
Yes. Call our box office for more information. We encourage all patrons who have a disability to reach out to us to make accommodations.
Ticket Protection is insurance that allows you to cancel your order to receive a venue credit toward a future event. It can be added to most orders at the time of purchase but cannot be added after the order has been placed.
To redeem your Ticket Protection and receive a venue credit toward a future event, please send an email to protection@heliumcomedy.com with your order number no less than 24 hours before showtime.
Please Note: Cancelation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted.
Yes, however, smoke may be used at times by the comedians on stage.
Please Note: This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.
Patrons may take personal photographs before or after the show. Taking pictures and videotaping shows during the show without the club’s and the artist’s written consent is strictly prohibited.
Please Note: This policy is subject to change on a show-by-show basis. Some shows may require your phone to be put away upon entering the venue.
Yes! Physical gift cards and e-cards can be purchased HERE. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing (not including transit time) on all physical gift cards.
Please Note: Purchases of new gift cards must be processed online. We are not offering in-person gift card sales (unless otherwise advertised) at this time.
Yes! We host our Open Mic events on select nights when scheduling allows. Please check our calendar for upcoming dates.
Interested in getting on-stage? The signup list is posted at the box office on the night of the event, from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM. The line-up is chosen by random lottery. All names will be called from the stage from a raffle bucket.
